The Kalon team of professional dancers has developed a method which aims to help clients tone and sculpt their body like a dancer, without needing to know how to dance.
A workout in 5 stages : Warm up – arm work – butt & legs – abs – stretch. The method uses small, isometric movements : high repetition and low weight. These movements fatigue the muscles without ever bulking them. The result is a long, toned and lean muscle. These exercises can be performed with elastics, light weights and balls. Very low impact, this discipline is ideal for women with knee or hip problems. Demanding and very challenging, you can be sure to sweat a lot and the results are addictive !
